Near.com Adds Ondo's Tokenized Stocks With Confidential Trade Execution
Near.com began offering Ondo Finance’s tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs on Tuesday, according to The Defiant. Users can buy the tokens with crypto held across more than 30 networks, and the companies said the trades are not broadcast publicly. The tokenized products are not available to U.S. persons or to users in Canada, The Defiant reported.
Separately, Arch Lending is looking to expand into tokenized equities as onchain stocks gain traction as loan collateral, the lender’s Himanshu Sahay said on Cointelegraph’s Chain Reaction podcast. Sahay did not give a timeline for the move, according to Cointelegraph.
