Citi equity strategist Scott Chronert said the Federal Reserve could move into a holding pattern before its next policy shift is a rate cut, a stance he expects could last into 2027, according to CNBC.

CNBC also reported that artificial intelligence agents — described in connection with a system called “Muse” — could disrupt Apple’s recurring payment revenue and the incentives it offers developers, a business CNBC called the company’s “golden goose.”

On bitcoin, CNBC technician Frank Cappelleri pointed to several chart signals suggesting the cryptocurrency’s recent bounce could mark the start of a larger bullish move.
