Bitcoin Miners Bitdeer and Keel Deepen AI Pivots as eToro Moves to Buy TradeZero Amid Revenue Pressure
Bitdeer’s shares fell 15% even as revenue grew and the company advanced its shift toward becoming an AI infrastructure provider, moving beyond its core bitcoin mining business, according to The Block. Separately, Benchmark said it sees more than 150% upside for Bitdeer, arguing its mining operations are helping fund a $4.7 billion AI data-center buildout, according to The Block.
Keel has shut down all of its US bitcoin mining operations as it continues pivoting toward AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, according to The Block and Cointelegraph. The company’s second-quarter revenue fell 50%, according to Cointelegraph.
In a related move outside mining, trading platform eToro agreed to buy US brokerage TradeZero for up to $231 million, according to The Block and The Defiant. The deal, eToro’s third acquisition signed this year, is not expected to close until the first half of 2027 and requires regulatory approval for a broker-dealer whose chief executive settled SEC charges in 2022, according to The Defiant. eToro’s crypto-related revenue fell about 30% compared with the second quarter of 2025, according to Cointelegraph, even as its overall net contribution rose 9% year-over-year to $229 million, driven mainly by stronger equities trading, according to The Block.

What the market did
Each figure is this site’s own reading, with what it was measured against. A blank is a reading nobody took, not a zero. The before-the-headline window prints the rate a RANDOM hour clears the same bar, because a hit rate without its null is not a finding.
